The first podium microphone with four integral pickup patterns.  This is a revolutionary new podium microphone that is an all-in-one omnidirectional, cardioid, supercardioid and hypercardioid. It can work wide open in omnidirectional mode or adjust the pattern to minimize feedback or background noise as desired.The versatility of this unit does not stop with the four polar pattern switch. When you change the pickup pattern, the frequency response does not change, there is no need to EQ the system again. Enjoy a superior amount of gain before feedback arises compared to any other microphone. A triple layer windscreen and sophisticated circuitry minimize "P-popping" and other harsh close-proximity effect sounds. Supple gooseneck joints and a rigid center tube permit exact positioning of the microphone head. Shielded preamp is highly resistant to electrical noise and RF interference 12 or 16-inch lengths and a non-reflective black finish.
