This directional microphone is similar to the LA-262, except that it has separate cabling for the attached earphone (portable receiver required). Often used for language interpretation and similar applications, in which the speaker needs to hear a different audio source. Replacement microphone windscreen and headset cushions are sold separately under part number LA-264.
