Gefen's ex•tend•it DVI DL Booster corrects the digital video signal degradation on Dual Link DVI. If you bought a long Dual Link DVI copper cable to connect your computer monitor or HDTV display to your source, you may see sparkles when you connect it to the system. When combined with a DVI DL Booster, that same cable will transmit perfect digital video.

This plug and play installation takes seconds. You simply connect the DVI DL Booster to the end of you Dual Link DVI cable on one side and to the display's cable on the other side. The DVI DL Booster sits between the end of your DVI cable and your display. You also have the option of connection another DVI cable to the Booster, daisy chaining Boosters and cables for greater distances.

The DVI DL Booster is HDCP pass-through.
