Inter-M Americas Inc SYS2240

The SYS-2240 is a multi-PA combination amplifier designed for applications where a variety of music and paging sources are required, including restaurants, banquet halls, community centers and retail shops. It has 240W of output power and offers a full-logic cassette deck, three-disc CD changer, a digital AM/FM tuner, two auxiliary inputs and five balanced mic inputs. All sources are mixable, with individual gain controls. Voice-activated priority muting, with an adjustable muting level, is available on Mic 1/2 for muting all other channels. Separate bass and treble controls allow +/-12dB adjustment and a four-note chime button provides a pleasant pre-page tone. The cassette deck features full-logic controlled, auto-reverse, record/playback capabilities. A three-mode selector allows single-side play, auto-reverse or continuous play functions. The AM/FM LCD digital tuner offers manual or station-seek up/down tuning. A direct access 24-station memory offers 16 FM and eight AM presets. Indication of amplifier output levels and AC power is provided by front-panel LED displays. Speaker outputs are provided for either low impedance 4 ohm loads or switch-selectable 25V/70V high impedance loads. Ten speaker zones for high impedance loads are independently selectable from the front panel. The SYS-2240 is powered by 100-120VAC or 220-240VAC 50/60Hz (depending on country requirements), and comes packaged in a shelf-mount enclosure.
