DPA Microphones' 4088-DC-A-F10-LH is part of DPA's 4088 Series. It's one of the most clear, consistent, and robust miniature mics you'll find. This particular model features a cardioid polar pickup pattern and comes with a fixed TA-4F Mini-XLR connector (compatible with Shure, Line 6, and TOA transmitters - all sold separately).

It has a cardioid, directional pickup pattern that provides it with exceptional off-axis rejection in high-SPL situations. So it efficiently suppresses distant sound sources, making it great for demanding live performance situations where feedback and background noise are concerns.

Its smooth, elegant design puts it among the most invisible head-worn cardioid microphones in the world. The mic capsule is a pre-polarized first-order pressure-gradient transducer hidden in a small and lightweight housing. Plus, the microphone can be conveniently located on either the right or left side.
