From Autocue's Starter Series comes the iPad Straight-Read Prompter - a complete hardware package that enables you to turn an iPad or iPad Mini into a straight-read teleprompter Starter Series iPad Straight-Read Prompter). Your iPad slots into a custom-made mounting plate to hold it securely in position, which can then be mounted so it can fit in landscape or portrait mode.

The iPad is positioned above the lens via a small magic arm that attaches to the hot shoe of an ENG style camera and allows you to position the iPad directly above the lens or to the side so talents eye movement and your shot are not distracting. The OCU-SSPIPADMA from Autocue is lightweight at only 1.5 pounds, and is designed to be used with the teleprompting software available for download from the App Store*.
