The Ibanez RGMS8 black 8-string electric guitar is the most recognizable and distinctive in the Ibanez line. Three decades of metal have forged this high-performance machine, honing it for both speed and strength.

The multi-scale fingerboard with it's fanned or slanted frets and angled nut is not simply a play for distinction. It creates multiple scale lengths (lengthening the low strings and shortening the high strings) on the fretboard which results in more accurate intonation, equal string tension, and a more comfortable overall playing experience.

A mahogany body and jatoba neck give the RGMS8 the perfect tone to accommodate the extended low frequencies this guitar produces. With 8 strings across its fretboard, the 16" (400mm) radius is not only comfortable but it provides the perfect platform for shredding.
