Product Overview

Providing smooth Waves SoundGrid network interfacing to any studio, Apogee's the SYM2-32X32S2-SG, a member of their Symphony I/O Mk II system lineup, is a hardware Chassis that features 32 Analog Inputs +32 Analog Outputs, with 16 channels of simultaneous I/O.

Apogee's Symphony I/O Mk II offers industry-leading sound quality that can easily be connected to your computer as well as shared between multiple rooms and/or computers. Additionally, it can be supercharged with almost infinite real-time DSP power when working with Waves SoundGrid servers – and all just by using a simple ethernet connection. It can seamlessly integrate with all DAWs, offering you limitless possibilities and choices for every size of workflow setup: studio, live sound, and post-production.

The Symphony I/O Mk II is a multi-channel audio interface that includes Apogee's flagship AD/DA conversion process, along with modular I/O (32 inputs and outputs), as well as intuitive touchscreen display, making it the ultimate music production centerpiece for any modern studio, made to provide professional sound quality to audio recording, mixing, and mastering situations. The Symphony I/O Mk II comes with direct connectivity to one of 3 different platforms – Thunderbolt™, Pro Tools® HD or Waves SoundGrid network (this particular product is the Waves SoundGrid network-compatible version. Thunderbolt and Pro Tools HD configurations sold separately).
