DPA's 4066-OC-A-F03-LH, part of their 4066 Series. This particular model features an omnidirectional polar pickup pattern and includes a 3-pin LEMO adapter for use with Sennheiser SK 50, SK 250, SK 3063, SK 5012 wireless transmitters, and it includes a MicroDot connector allowing further expansion/versatility with other 3rd-party systems on the market using DPA's flexible adapter system (additional adapters sold separately - refer to items under "ACCESSORIES" tab above, or consult with one of our Sales Pros).

Due to its pristine sound quality and durability, the 4066 Omnidirectional Headset Microphone has been the chosen headset mic for broadcasters along with theaters on Broadway and London's West End. It features a unique construction that allows you to detach the mic boom from the headset mount then reattach it to either the left or right side. Often an issue in theatrical use, humidity is no problem here. It's made with a double-vent protection system and a drop stopper on the mic boom. Plus, the materials inside the mic are also water resistant. This design makes it very difficult for the microphone to fail because of humidity. In addition, its surface is matte-gold plated and the ear hooks are covered with a silicone hose.

The mic has a sensitivity is 6 mV/Pa, matching the level of the human voice to the general input sensitivity of most wireless transmitters. If powered properly, the microphone will be able to handle sound pressure levels up to 144 dB SPL before clipping occurs.
