EARTEC's next generation of affordable Pro Audio / Professional headset, the Max4G Single, model MXSC4GS1000I, features mid weight design with a fully adjustable headband and deluxe leatherette pad, and is among the most comfortable and best performing headsets on the market. It includes EARTEC's AutoMute Boom technology – a specialty microphone boom arm that rotates 270 degrees so that not only can the headset can be worn on left or right side, when it's set in the "UP" position, the mic's signal is automatically muted.

Its construction and adjustability offers a comfortable fit while leaving one ear free to monitor all outside noise, a desirable feature for users that need to keep aware of what's going on around them. The Push-to-Talk (PTT) function is installed inline on the headset cable which is a preferred format because it is convenient to find.
