Eartec's HUB 7-24MXS is a HUB system that expands the capacity of HUB for larger crews. It includes the HUB wearable Mini Base along with 4 UltraLITE Wireless Double headsets, 2 UltraLITE Wireless Single headsets & 1 Max 4G Single wired headset. This system also includes case and batteries.
HUB Wearable Mini Base Station - Designed for larger crews that require full-duplex communication while simultaneously working with their hands. It's a compact transceiver weighing only 9 oz., and can either be strategically placed "on location" or belt-worn. When comfortably clipped to the user's waist, it can move right along with your group, allowing up to 6 UltraLITE wireless headsets to remain connected in full duplex, within a 400 yard range of the HUB. And this particular system is designed to employ the HUB itself, to be used as the 7th full duplex transceiver employing an additional Eartec wired MAX4G Single plugged into its onboard dual-pin input jack. It features 2 channels, uses rechargeable Lithium batteries, and operates in the DECT license-free band.
UltraLITE Headset - These headsets eclipse other full-duplex wireless headsets with regards to performance and convenience, thanks to the transceiver being built right into the headset's ear cup. It's a self-contained "all-in-one" design that eliminates wires and even belt-worn radios. They provide simultaneous talk and 2-way voice communication for users that need to work with their hands while yet requiring one ear free to hear the environment around them. The mic boom swivels 270° allowing the headset to be worn on the left or right, and features AutoMUTE technology – muting the mic when put in the "up" position.
Max4G Single Headset - A tremendous addition to your system, it's a midweight headset that features a fully-adjustable headband as well as deluxe foam padding which ensures a comfortable-yet-firm fit. Just like on the UltraLITE headsets above, the mic boom arm rotates 270°, and automatically mutes the microphone when shifted to the "up" position .
AutoMUTE - A newly-developed technology by Eartec engineers included on many of their headsets. It consists of a specialty microphone assemblies that has an internal micro switch that automatically mutes the headset mic gain when shifted to the "up" position; a much simpler and more efficient way to mute your microphone vs. fumbling for, and pressing, a "mute" button on your beltpack.
Field Replaceable Lithium Battery - Lightweight and approximately the size of a matchbook, charge time is about 3 hours and headset operation time is about 6 hours. Since they're removable and externally chargeable in the Multi-Port charger, they can be swapped out in seconds.
Multi-Port Charger - This unit charges the headset batteries within individual bays. When each battery reaches its full charge, the corresponding LED alternates from red to green, indicating that the battery is charged and ready to go. This allows users to have extra batteries on hand (extra batteries sold separately) in the charger when necessary.
Softside Case - The included Softside Case from Eartec keeps your wireless system stored safely. It's made of waterproof nylon, and includes internal compartments to help keep the headsets organized. There is also a pocket with Velcro enclosure for storing the charger and any spare batteries (additional batteries sold separately). It has a molded hard-plastic handle that enables easy, convenient transport for "on location" work.
