It's a dust cover, it does that job, but very disappointing. First off, and it's a small thing, but the product I received doesn't look like the product pictured. Different embroidered logo, plus the material in the product photo looks to be a nice, flexible material. What I got was made of a very rigid, thick nylon-like material that fits poorly over my mixer. It does the job, so two stars. I could've made a nicer one myself and for much less money.
