Westcott 1886-WSC 1886 Scrim Jim® Cine 1' x 2' Frame

The Westcott 1886 is a 1 ft x 2 ft Scrim Jim Cine frame that includes (2) 10" heavy-duty tubes, (2) 22" heavy-duty tubes, (4) corner connectors, and a strap for storage. When paired with Flex 1 ft x 2 ft mats and 1 ft x 2 ft Scrim Jim Cine Grid Cloths, this frame lets you quickly mount and diffuse the LED light source. The Scrim Jim Cine from Westcott is a compete modular frame system designed for photographers and filmmakers. The ultimate light control tool, the Scrim Jim Cine is a superior mounting system for Flex LED mats.

Made with a heavy-duty anodized aluminum, the Scrim Jim Cine frames' innovative design gives durability while maintaining a portable and lightweight form factor. Heavy-duty touch fastener riveted to 2 sides of each tube, allows for quick, virtually effortless mounting of Scrim Jim Cine Fabrics, Flex LED Mats, and Flex Portable Softboxes. Additionally, each Scrim Jim Cine frame tube is designed with a built-in 3/8-16 thread to offer instant mounting to arms and stands.

This system's quality-built frames are designed to be configurable in sizes from 1 x 1 to 8 x 8 (ft). Various frame pieces are available in sizes from 10" tubes and upward, and give filmmakers the ability to fit an entire scrim system into a carry-on or backpack. This variety allows for the creation of endless frame possibilities, allowing filmmakers easy construction of diffusion boxes, v-flats, floppy cutters, book lights, and more. This frame set is compatible with all Scrim Jim Cine Frame sets and Scrim Jim Cine tubes, connectors, and fabrics (sold separately).
