Westcott 2024 Scrim Jim Cine 2D Corner Frame Connector

The Westcott 2024 2D Corner Frame Connector, part of the Scrim Jim® Cine series, is used as a 2-dimensional corner connection between any 2 Scrim Jim Cine Frame Tubes (sold separately). It's durably constructed and includes a built-in positive-locking button mechanism offer confidence that the Scrim Jim Cine Frames stay solidly connected during long shoots.

Scrim Jim Cine

The Scrim Jim Cine is a complete modular system made for bouncing, blocking, diffusing, subtracting, and otherwise shaping light. The durable, lightweight frames can be specially configured in sizes from 1'x 1' up to 8' x 8' to meet your needs. Frame pieces vary in size from 10" tubes and upward (sold separately), giving film pros the capability to fit an entire scrim system into a carry-on or backpack. A host of connection pieces and frame tubes makes for endless frame possibilities, so filmmakers can easily construct diffusion boxes, v-flats, book lights, floppy cutters, and more.

Scrim Jim Cine tubes (sold separately) are constructed from anodized aluminum assuring both durability and portability. Heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape is riveted to 2 sides of each tube, allowing for effortless mounting of Silk Diffusers and fabrics in tandem. Frames include a built-in 3/8-16 thread for quick mounting options. Self-locking, reliable connectors help ensure that frame configurations stay securely in place.
