Westcott 2000-WSC 2000 Scrim Jim® Cine Frame Tube 10" Frame Tube

The Scrim Jim Cine is a complete modular system designed to bounce, block, diffuse, subtract, and shape light. This 10” Scrim Jim Cine Tube can be used in combination with other tubes and various Scrim Jim Cine connectors and fabrics to create flat frames, diffusion boxes, book lights, v-flats, floppy cutters, and more with ease.

This system's durable, lightweight frames are designed to configure in sizes from 1 x 1 up to 8 x 8 (ft). This tube’s short construction gives filmmakers the ability to fit an entire scrim system into a carry-on or backpack.

Each Scrim Jim Cine tube is constructed with anodized aluminum which ensures both durability and portability. Heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape is riveted to two sides of each tube, allowing for effortless mounting of fabrics and Silk Diffusers in tandem. Frames feature a built-in 3/8-16 thread for quick mounting. Reliable connectors are self-locking and ensure that frame configurations stay in place.

Scrim Jim Cine tubes and connectors combine to create frames which can construct flat 2D frames in sizes up to 8' x 8. Dynamic 3-dimensional light control tools can also be configured thanks to the Scrim Jim Cine's versatile connectors.
