The Optoma HQView520 HQV™ is a Scaler–Switcher/Scan Converter with Warp, Edge Blend, and 3G-SDI In/Out that can be used as a routing switcher and universal interface for 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, DVI, as well as HDMI.

Optoma has collaborated with Calibre to produce special versions of Calibre’s edge blending and warping products, optimizing them for use with Optoma's ProScene series of projectors. This unique partnership delivers reduced complexity and setup time needed for edge blending of multiple ProScene projectors, and is covered by Optoma's industry-leading ProScene technical support services should you need assistance with your edge blending needs.

Edge Blending Explained
Some applications require a brighter and higher resolution image than can be produced by a single lone projector, so in this situation, when more than one projector is needed to provide a single image, unless done well, the image could display visible "bands", showing overlap of the projected images, and interfering with image clarity. Edge-blending technology solves this problem through elimination of the visible banding to produce a single bright, high resolution image across the projection surface, using multiple projectors. The HQView520 lets you precisely control multiple, edge-blended images quickly, easily, and seamlessly.

Keeping end-user applications in mind, the HQView520 is made to allow you to expertly and seamlessly edge-blend multiple, curved images on all 4 image edges using an unlimited number of projectors.
