Yamaha reface CP 37-Key Mobile Mini Keyboard Synthesizer

Yamaha's reface series of mobile mini keyboards offer recreations of legendary Yamaha keyboards, in compact 37-key form factors. Thanks to their small size, the reface keyboards are easy to grab and take with you on the road so you're ready whenever inspiration strikes. Plus, reface keyboards feature Soundmondo integration, allowing you to discover, connect, and share reface voices with the world.

The reface CP is designed to recreate some of the famous vintage electric piano sounds from Yamaha's past. There are six different keyboard types available, including the RdI and RdII which respectively model early 70s and late 70s tine electric pianos. The Wr is a recreation of a late 60s reed electic piano, while the Clv gives you 70s struck string Clavinet sound. Rounding off the sound choices, the Toy setting gives you toy piano sounds and the CP brings back the classic Yamaha CP80 electric grand piano. The reface CP is equipped with 128-note polyphony to ensure dropout-free performance no matter how dense your chords might get.

Along with the six types of keyboard sounds, Yamaha has included five stompbox-style effects with direct control for an even larger palette of tonal options. The reface CP is equipped with Drive for added harmonics and distortion, Tremolo (auto-pan for Rd) Wah with adjustable depth and rate, Chorus with adjustable depth and speed, VCM Phaser with adjustable depth and speed, Digital- or Analog-Type Delay with adjustable time and depth, and Reverb with adjustable depth.
