The Seymour Duncan Pegasus-Sentient 7-String pickup set comes with a 7-string Pegasus bridge humbucker and a 7-string Sentient neck humbucker.

The Pegasus provides expanded string separation and allows each note to ring out on the fretboard no matter how much gain is cranked up. It uses an alnico 5 magnet and has custom designed coils for a balanced tone and moderate output. Huge chords and complex arpeggios are equally perfect. It's plenty aggressive with enhanced dynamics and harmonic richness.

The Sentient is voiced to capture a blend of vintage PAF and modern tones with enough output to deliver harmonically rich distorted lead tones, but subtle enough to give you deep, detailed cleans. Think of it as combining the best of the '59 Model and the Jazz - clarity, detail, depth, attack, and expression. It's the perfect neck pikcup for natural, complex warmth and tight articulation.

Both of these humbuckers are well suited for bright to semi-warm woods (from maple to korina) with either maple or rosewood fingerboards.
