RF Venue OPTX1 RF Optix Single Channel RF to Fiber Optic Conversion System

The RF Venue RF Optix remote antenna distribution system eliminates the need for expensive, fragile, and lossy coaxial cable by converting RF signal into light. Unprecedented runs of up to 1000 meters are possible with nearly lossless transmission over 1310nm singlemode fiber cable. RF Optix works with any simplex (one-way) 50 ohm radio device between 100 MHz and 1000 MHz.

The RF Optix system is offered as a single channel for connecting to one antenna, as well as a dual channel package for diversity antenna systems. With appropriate attenuation, it can be used for remote runs on transmit systems like IEMs and IFBs.
