The Lectrosonics MCAXLRMIC-WP allows microphones or audio devices with standard XLR connectors to be used with the MM series of miniature transmitters. A capacitor in the XLR connector blocks the DC bias voltage on the transmitter input jack from the output of the audio device being connected.
