Sound Devices' XL-2X cable is a high-quality, locking interconnection cable designed to interface with the TA3 connectors on Sound Devices mixers and 7-Series digital recorders and male or female XLR connections. The XLR connector is easily adjustable to a male of female XLR configuration.

  • Neutrik NC3FM-C, pin-2 (+), pin 3 (-), pin 1 (ground)
  • TA3F-type, pin 2 (+), pin 3 (-), pin 1 (ground)

  • Length (connector ends) in female configuration: 66.8 cm (26.3 inches)

How to Use:

To adjust the gender of the XLR connector:
1. Firmly grasp the bushing in one hand.
2. With the other hand, grasp the sheath while pressing down on the Sheath Latch.
3. Push (female) or pull (male) until the Sheath clicks into position.
