The SES-A-V-SYNC is a L/R In-Out audio-video synchronization corrector. A compact device that corrects audio delays between audio and video. When distributing video over long distances through multiple devices like distribution amplifiers and set top boxes there can sometimes be a noticeable delay which results in audio being played before the video. This also happens when the audio from a source is sent to audio amplifiers over analog lines while the video is send to the display over HDMI or digital lines. The SES-A-V-SYNC can be manually adjusted so the audio delay can be set from 0~300ms in set increments so you can perfectly synchronize your audio and video -so when the program is viewed the audio and video are perfectly synched-up and good to go. The SES-A-V-SYNC, also sometimes referred to as a "Lip-Sync-Corrector" is an affordable and compact device that when installed greatly enhances your audio/video experience.

Clean simple product for those using native HDMI and stereo analog audio out of (for example) a MAC or PC as part of a large display system with accompanying PA reinforcement. This SOLVES THE MOST COMMON issue with video processing/scaling while using the audio directly. (The audio is ahead of video) >IF< you need to delay video to match audio, that’s a very expensive device in the multi-thousand-dollar range.

A-V-Sync is solid and sounds excellent. I wish it had a little finer adjustment instead of the detented rotary control as I can't get it to match the exact delay I need. It is very close, but a click either way takes it too far in either direction. Admittedly, I do have excellent ear perception so I am close enough for my livingroom listening need at this point. KC
