Nigel B. Design's 2RU rack mount plenum equipment box can be pole mounted, hung, or integrated ino their ceiling tile kit (NB-2RUCK).
Nigel B. Design has added a fan control system to the NB-2RUPB. Fitted with one fan and their basic fan controller, air enters the plenum equipment box through a duct that is located below the ceiling tiles.
The two rails that are supplied with the unit can be removed if the equipment that is being installed doesn't require rack mounting.
To protect the installed equipment from theft, a locking door and door micro switch have been added. Should someone force the door open the NO/NC micro switch, if connected to an AMX®, Crestron®, Aurora WACI®, or alarm system will immediately send a message reporting that unauthorized entry has been attempted.
Users wishing to connect to an AMX®, Crestron® or Aurora WACI® will find there are NO and NC connectors on the various controllers, making it very simple to connect to both the door micro switch and the NO or NC Connectors on the fan controller.
