This perfectly replaces the main board in the ULX2. I replaced mine to fix a bad display. The repair requires some special tools and soldering desoldering skills. It took me about 20 minutes to repair and test.

I ordered the J1 Frequency board to attempt to salvage an M1 frequency microphone. The operation was a total success and I'm pleased with the results however this is not something that I would reccomend unless you have the tools and skills to do electronic repairs. Disassembly and reassembly of the microphone was relatively easy. It's necessary to desolder the battery clips that bridge from the top to the bottom board from the old M1 board and solder them onto the new J1 board set.
