AMT P800 Off-The-Bell Trumpet Microphone System with Beltpack Preamp

The AMT P800 trumpet microphone system is the only system on the market specifically made to handle the highest SPL levels that a trumpet can reproduce. The element, somewhere in size between a small and large diaphragm is hand made by AMT and larger in size than AMT's other system which allows for even the loudest of trumpet players to not overload the microphone. The P800 clamps to the lead pipe of the trumpet of flugal horn. AMT has developed their special "Off the bell" clamping system for this model. The P800 in it's stock configuration is the perfect choice for the player that needs control of their volume in a belt pack style setup. The latest version of the AMT P800 allows the player to easily change to and from AMT different preamps and allows for direct connections to either Shure or Sennheiser beltpack transmitters. With a change in a cable, convert your P800 from a beltpack style preamp, to a "Studio" series model, and then to AMT "W"ireless setups. Cables sold separately. Excellent choice for soft to loud music for a principal artist, ensemble setting, or a soloist. The microphone is suspended in a 4 point isolation ring reducing key and handling noise. Phantom power or 9 Volt battery required. Comes with BP40 beltpack style preamp, case, and AMT disconnecting cable technology to allow the microphone to be used as "W"ireless or "Studio" models if needed.
