Apollo Design Technology AP-GEL-8250 "Vixen Red" 20" x 24" Gel Sheet

Production companies and photographic markets use these plastic filters to add color to stage scenery and to provide color correction for theatre, film, and television. Gel creates mood by changing the color shade of light. Apollo Design Technology offers the AP-GEL-8250, which is the "Vixen Red"-colored 20" x 24" standard gel sheet which is suggested to be a good neon effect color, is good for effects and costume colors, also an exaggerated red sunset light on clouds. Designed for short-term use, usually 6-10 hours.

There are two widely-accepted gel manufacturing processes: double-coated and deep dyed. Apollo gel is double-coated because many designers appreciate the color consistency found in the double-coated process.
