Gefen EXT-VGARS232-141 VGA RS232 Extender

Gefen's EXT-VGARS232-141 with RS-232 is designed to extend VGA computer video and RS-232 up to 330 feet over just a single CAT5 cable. Connect the Sender to a computer or other VGA source, then connect the Receiver to your display. The RS-232 extension is useful in that it can control functions of your display remotely, such as turning it on or off, and selecting between inputs. Gefen has made installation simple and flexible by choosing widely available CAT5e cable for extension. You can then conceal the CAT5e cable by tucking it under carpet or running it above a ceiling.
