Audio-Technica’s discreet-design AT898 cardioid mic is intended to be worn either as a lavalier mic or hidden in clothing. It features a low profile while delivering maximum intelligibility along with accurate voice reproduction and unobtrusive appearance. It comes equipped with switchable low-frequency roll-off which reduces sensitivity to popping — all contributing to excellent performance in a range of applications. Can operate using either battery or phantom power.
