The ATM450 cardioid condenser microphone from Audio-Technica is one of the star performers in their Artist Series remake. It features an innovative side-address stick design, allowing for endless placement options and minimal obstructions. It comes equipped with an integral 80Hz hi-pass filter switch, providing and easy shift from a flat frequency response to a low-end roll-off. Additionally, it offers a switchable 10dB pad which lowers the microphone's sensitivity, and adding to the mic's versatility with a wide variety of performers and system configurations. Its extended flat frequency response also makes it ideal for the capture of high SPL (sound pressure level) sources as well as for live and amplified acoustic instruments. Includes a professional isolation clamp to provide secure mounting, versatile positioning and effective dampening of unwanted mechanical noise.
