Audix FIREBALL Cardioid Dynamic Harmonica Mic

A red microphone for your Blues Harp.

The FireBall™ dynamic instrument microphone is clear, accurate, and can handle sound pressure levels (SPL) in excess of 140 dB without distortion. It is designed for harmonicas and beatbox and is perfectly suited for both live stage and studio recording applications.

The FireBall™ is light, compact, and comfortable to hold and has a smooth, uniform frequency response of 50 Hz – 16 kHz with a cardioid pick-up pattern for isolation from ambient sound and feedback control. The FireBall™ is manufactured with a precision machined aluminum body, steel mesh grille, and a “hot” 3-stage marbled red anodized finish. It is designed, machined, assembled, and tested in the USA by Audix.

Because it is a low impedance microphone, the FireBall™ will require a quality low-high impedance matching transformer for use with guitar amplifiers.
