Did a festival show and was using my trusty AKGD112, our sound tech happened to have one of these in his bag of tricks. During an early sound check we had the time to do a side by side comparison of the two kick drum mics. I was surprised to here how much fatter and just plain better sounding the sennheiser was. Needless to say the 902 remained on the kick that night, and in less than a week I had my own! Fan of sennheiser for life!!
