Unique to the Broadcaster is the ON AIR indicator, a flush-mounted LED that provides the announcer with a visual indication of the microphone's active status. A custom connector allows the microphone to be easily interfaced with a console-mounted or announcer-controlled mute button, for the ultimate in convenience and integration. And the internally shock-mounted capsule and built-in pop filter mean never having to worry that your broadcast will be spoiled by plosives or other undesirable noise - even when you're in close for the enhanced proximity effect. With consistent, reliable operation a cornerstone of the development path, the Broadcaster is built using only the finest electronics and transducer components. And for years of trouble free use, the body is precision machined from stainless steel. The casing is then blasted with glass beads to produce a satin finish that is as durable as it is pleasing to the eye.
