Customer Service Supervisor

Full Compass is looking for the right individual for the role of Customer Service Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations and procedures contained within the Compass Express department, including E-commerce Sales and Returns. Candidate is also responsible for helping with sales support, assisting with order processing, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Requirements Include:

• Previous customer service experience required, supervisory experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of audio & video equipment helpful

Web Administrator/Developer

This position will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance, administration and development of our e-commerce web sites on Linux servers. This includes the development of the database administration, server administration, user interface and the development of supporting applications and services.

Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in all aspects of administration of Linux servers for LAMP development and production environments. This includes configuring Linux, Apache and MySQL for security and performance as well as upgrading applications as needed
• 3-5 years experience in web site development using PHP, MySQL, XML, HTML, and Apache on a Linux server
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and quickly are required
• Experience in virtual servers and clustering of servers preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IS, or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred

Advertising Manager

Full Compass is a leader in professional audio/video equipment distribution, and we are in search of an Advertising Manager. This position directs the Advertising functions of the business through a number of mediums. Candidates need to have the energy and ability to move forward in multiple directions without losing focus.

Requirements Include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Ability to be creative is necessary, as is the ability to be analytical
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Minimum five years related advertising management experience required
• Solid social skills and sales ability required
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred

Audio/Video Salesperson

Our Sales Department is searching for experienced professional audio/video sales people to join their team. Responsibilities include selling product by developing long term relationships, meeting and exceeding customer's needs, researching and acquiring new accounts, and maintaining high level of product knowledge.
