Full Compass Systems Welcomes Caroline Polster as HR Manager

Madison, WI - Full Compass Systems, a national leader in professional audio, video, lighting, A/V and musical instrument sales, is pleased to welcome Caroline Polster to the company as Human Resources Manager. Caroline is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, WI and comes to the position with a broad range of skills and experience in the Human Resources arena.

Caroline is a native of Wisconsin and began her career in Human Resources at In-Sink-Erator, a Division of Emerson Electric in Racine, WI. Returning to business after raising two young children, Caroline managed the HR functions at Federal Mogul Sintered Products in Waupun, WI and coordinated the addition of 120 new employees during her tenure there. Continuing to advance her career, Caroline took on the challenge of managing HR for Hayes Manufacturing, a large paper core manufacturing company in Neenah, WI. Her next career move was a shift into the customer service industry as she led the Recruiting Department and a staff of 12 recruiters at Air Wisconsin Airlines in Appleton, WI. A family relocation brought Caroline to the Madison area in 2004, where she held an HR Manager position for Wright Vending & Distributing, Inc. for the next six years.

Reflecting on her experience at Full Compass so far, Caroline said, "I've been impressed by the entire staff.
