Second Year Increase in Sales Rockets Full Compass to the Rank of Third Largest Woman-Owned Business in Wisconsin

Middleton, WI – According to an independent audit conducted by the Milwaukee Business Journal, Full Compass Systems has accomplished the most growth of any woman-owned business in Wisconsin. With 20% sales growth in 2006 and 15% in 2007, Full Compass has catapulted to the third largest woman-owned business in the state.

Susan Lipp, (majority share-holder), her husband Jonathan Lipp and the Full Compass management team have worked diligently to capture emerging markets, gain deeper market share and explore new opportunities to create the explosive growth.

When asked what has contributed to the huge growth, Mrs. Lipp states; "Our focus company-wide is solely on the customers and their needs. When we keep the customer as our focus, we gain trust and loyalty. That helps us sustain and grow year after year."

As a result of on-going sales growth, Full Compass has broken ground on a new 140,000 square foot facility in Madison, Wisconsin, scheduled to open in the spring of 2009.
