Full Compass Welcomes Roxanne Wenzel as New Director of Sales

Middleton, WI - Full Compass is proud to announce the addition of Roxanne Wenzel as its new Director of Sales. Roxanne joined the company in early March, bringing an impressive background to the table. This matched with her drive and knowledge of successful sales and marketing strategies will help push Full Compass towards its future growth and financial goals.

Roxanne began her career at age 23, when she started her own real estate rentals business. Within the first eight years, the organization grew exponentially to include 5 regional offices in Minnesota. Roxanne later started a second business with a focus on sales of home improvement products. Services ranged from project quotes to design and installation by her extensive team of in-house and external contractors.

After selling her second business to pursue other opportunities, Roxanne held a number of high-level positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Cascade Asset Management, President of Scotty Ernst Productions and Vice President of Sales at Parts Now! LLC. During this time she also earned an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Roxanne is involved in a number of non-profit and charity organizations, including the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” campaign. She is also the Sponsorship Chair for the Madison chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, an organization that provides opportunities for career-oriented women to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf.

When asked about her choice to pursue a sales career, Roxanne says it is something that has always come naturally to her and she enjoys the challenge of finding innovative ways to increase a company’s market share and growth. She is excited about her start at Full Compass and is ready to begin the process of taking Full Compass to the next level.
