Press Release

When the Harvest is Bountiful Full Compass Systems Gives Back
September 6, 2007

Full Compass Managers deliver food donation to Boys & Girls Club of Dane CountyMiddleton, WI – For thirty years, Full Compass Systems has served the music, broadcast, education and corporate communities with excellent quality products and services. As a result, it has grown from a small shop run by Jonathan and Susan Lipp and their two boys, to a 150-employee corporation that generates $89 Million in annual sales and is one of the most well respected companies in the industry.

Giving back to the community has always been a Lipp family tradition, so incorporating that philosophy into their business practices was an easy decision. Through the Charitable Contributions Committee, the employees of Full Compass raise well over $30,000 a year in cash plus additional in kind donations for the charities they elect to support.

One of the ways donations are collected comes from a unique idea instituted by Susan Lipp. When Full Compass recently hosted a 30th anniversary event, the table décor centerpieces were baskets filled with non-perishable food items purchased for distribution to charities such as the Second Harvest Food Bank and the food pantry at the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County.

Baskets full of non-perishable food decorate the tables at the Full Compass 30th Anniversary Party“We have been blessed with great success over the past 30 years”, states Full Compass owner Susan Lipp, “the harvest has been bountiful. So, as a reminder of how blessed we truly are, I wanted to have these food baskets at our event to represent our sharing of the harvest. It is in direct correlation with what my family has held dear for several generations and I am thrilled my Full Compass family has embraced the idea with such enthusiasm.”

The management of Full Compass will be delivering several cartons of non-perishable food items to the (food pantry) of the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County on August 28, 2007 at 10:30 AM.
