It is normal for LFCI to obtain approvals for double the amount of traditional lenders without tax returns! If the approval is less than what's asked for, LFCI will get an initial approval and work to extend the lease as close to the desired amount as possible. They will also take time for organizations with special needs to approve them for some amount.
